Sometimes life feels heavier than we expected. Grief, estrangement, new parenthood, relationship pain, and major life transitions can leave us feeling overwhelmed, discouraged, or unsure of what comes next.

We begin each session in a safe, compassionate space to slow down, be honest, and together discover meaningful next steps. Grounded in the love of Jesus, my hope is that in each coaching session you experience support, clarity, encouragement, and hope in the midst of real life — helping you rediscover resilience and move forward with greater strength and peace.

You do not need to have everything figured out before you begin. Sometimes the first step is simply having a safe place to process, reflect, and move forward.

Coaching or Counseling?

Coaching is a forward-focused, supportive process that helps you gain clarity, build resilience, set goals, and take meaningful next steps.

Counseling and therapy are different. They address diagnosis, treatment, and deeper clinical mental health needs.

I offer coaching, not therapy. My role is to walk alongside you with encouragement, practical support, thoughtful questions, and a faith-rooted perspective grounded in the love of Jesus.
